Greenfield Grade 3 versus Regent International School
Last Sunday, Oct. 30th all our grade 3 football ECA participants enjoyed representing the school and competing in a mini football tournament against some visiting Regent International teams.
With the help from some of our parents, the ECA participants became four teams who demonstrated all the attributes needed to succeed as a truly International Baccalaureate student.
Their principled actions both on and off the field were combined with excellent communication skills, as all teams listened and encouraged one another throughout the games.
Many students enjoyed many firsts: first competitive matches, first goals for the school, first saves, first tackles against an opposing team: first victories: first draws: first defeats and most crucially their first opportunity to show their talents in front of an unknown audience.
It was no surprise that the opponents’ manager commented on our students’ excellent attitudes throughout all games.
Great job Grade 3!
